Health Benefits of Dark Chocolate

Anyone that knows me knows about my love for dark chocolate. Not the milk chocolate, not chocolate candy bars but the real, honest–to-goodness dark chocolate consisting of over 70 % cocoa solids. Dark chocolate is an excellent source of manganese, copper, magnesium, potassium, selenium, zinc and iron. It is also a good source of fibre and phosphorus. Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Drink

Both Apple cider vinegar and honey are staples in my house. Especially the apple cider vinegar which has been shown to have a multitude of health effects. I personally prefer using Bragg apple cider vinegar because I can see the ‘mother of vinegar’ (the pulp settled in the bottom) and I know that this vinegar has been unprocessed.
